The Receptionist acts as the initial contact for visitors, residents, and staff, focusing on creating a welcoming environment. Key duties involve handling various administrative and front desk tasks.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Candidates must also possess a strong passion for geriatric advocacy and a commitment to senior care excellence, along with one to three months of related experience.
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. The receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.
Friendly and professional demeanor providing patience, empathy, active listening skills and the ability to provide clear communication.
The ability to manage a multi-Line phone system. Mail handling, data entry, filing and recording keeping.
Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
