This role involves providing basic and skilled nursing care to patients, requiring the ability to set priorities of care and appropriately assess intervention limits during overnight shifts. The nurse must communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding care issues.
Candidates must be licensed RNs in Ohio (with eligibility for Michigan licensure) and preferably possess a BSN along with a minimum of two years of medical-surgical nursing experience, with homecare or hospice experience being preferred. Essential requirements include proficiency in EMR charting, strong clinical expertise, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
