Provides clinical and administrative support in an outpatient ENT setting, including rooming patients and documenting in electronic medical records. Manages patient flow and front desk duties such as scheduling and verifying payor information.
Requires completion of a Medical Assistant program, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of clinical experience. Proficiency in basic patient care and computer skills is required, while CMA and BLS certifications are preferred.
