The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation for a general rehab caseload within the Outpatient Program. Responsibilities also involve participating in the interdisciplinary team, training staff, developing clinical programs, and supervising other therapy personnel.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy and hold the required state professional licensure, with two years of clinical experience preferred. Essential qualifications include effective verbal and written communication, strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and effective time management.
