The Anesthesia Technician provides routine patient care and assists with anesthesia induction under the supervision of MDA and CRNA staff. They are responsible for managing fluids, supplies, and ensuring all equipment is clean and functional for various types of anesthetics.
A high school diploma and BLS certification are required, while experience in a hospital setting or completion of a Nursing Assistant/Patient Care course is preferred. Candidates must be able to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and responding to crisis situations.
