The role involves managing health problems and coordinating care for Oncology/Hematology patients in compliance with regulations and standards of care. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with the team for preoperative and postoperative clinical management.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold current APRN or Physician Assistant licensure. While at least one year of experience in Oncology/Hematology is helpful, it is not required, and strong computer skills are necessary.

In this role, you will: Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status. Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients preoperatively and manage postoperative clinical care. Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience. We require: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or Physician Assistant License. At least one (1) year of experience in Oncology/Hematology (helpful but not required). Strong computer skills; experience with EMR is a plus.
Salary up to $165,000/year based on experience.
