The CMA provides superior patient care by performing both clinical and administrative tasks in a clinic-based environment. They work as part of a care team led by physicians and advanced practice providers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, graduate from an accredited medical assistant program, and hold a current CMA or RMA certification. BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire, and an associate's degree is preferred.
