The role involves conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, and providing integrative psychotherapy grounded in neuroscience research to address dysregulation and maladaptive patterns. Responsibilities also include developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining compliant documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in NeuroPsychology or NeuroPsychotherapy and hold relevant clinical licensure, along with specialized training in neuropsychotherapy or brain-based trauma treatment. Essential experience includes understanding concepts like neuroplasticity and autonomic regulation, coupled with strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.
Preferred Skills Training in EMDR, somatic therapies, polyvagal-informed practices, or other neuroscience-aligned modalities. Familiarity with neurological conditions (e.g., TBI, stroke, neurodegenerative disorders, ADHD). Ability to synthesize complex neurobiological concepts in a client-friendly manner. Comfort working with culturally diverse and underserved populations.
Master’s in NeuroPsychology / NeuroPsychotherapy Relevant clinical licensure Specialized training or certification in neuropsychotherapy, brain-based therapy, trauma-informed treatment, or related areas.
