The Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivering a full spectrum of age-appropriate occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary setting. These duties must align with the position's qualifications, provisional practices, and ethical standards.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved school and have a minimum of six months of experience in an acute, rehabilitation, or outpatient setting. Current professional licensure in the state of Texas is also a mandatory requirement.
The Occupational Therapist shall be responsible for providing a full range of age appropriate occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, provisional practices and ethical standards.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved school. Six (6) months experience in an acute, rehabilitation of outpatient setting. Current professional licensure in the state of Texas. Preferred Job Requirements Membership in American Occupational therapy Association (OATA) and Texas Occupational Therapy Association (TOTS).
