The Wound Care Nurse is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, managing care for various complex wounds, skin breakdown, and incontinence. This role also involves coordinating communication with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient wound status and discharge barriers.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a current, active RN state license. Certification in wound care and sharp debridement procedures is preferred, along with basic computer skills and strong English communication abilities.
