The Physical Therapist is responsible for planning and administering treatment programs to restore patient function, relieve pain, and prevent disability, while delivering quality care from admission through discharge, including patient and family education. Key duties involve performing assessments, establishing and revising plans of care, providing or delegating physical therapy treatments, and maintaining accurate, timely, and ethical documentation.
Candidates must possess a current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license and a degree from an accredited educational institution, along with current CPR certification. Preferences include comfort treating patients in inpatient, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings, availability for weekdays and weekends, and previous clinical education experience in neuro-rehabilitation.

Responsible for planning and administering physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Responsible for delivering and/or delegating quality patient care from admission through discharge, including patient and family education/training. Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols, and procedures.
