• 🔑 what you’ll do
• Provide brief therapy, assessments, and crisis support in a primary care setting
• Partner with medical providers on integrated treatment plans
• Support patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more
• Lead individual and group interventions
• Connect patients to community resources and higher levels of care

• ✅ must have
• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psy.D) — required
• Passion for community-based, culturally responsive care
