What You’ll Do: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support residents during meals, including serving food and assisting with feeding when necessary.
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Monitor residents’ health and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
Encourage residents to maintain their independence while ensuring their safety.
Help with mobility and exercises, including repositioning and ambulation.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and comfort.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
Work Schedule: Part-Time: 7:00am-3:00pm, Every Other Weekend Part-Time: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Every Other Weekend
Qualifications You Bring: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state. Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus. A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
