As a Medication Aide, you’ll be a trusted partner in delivering person-centered care to our residents. You’ll ensure they feel safe, supported, and empowered—making every day brighter for them and for you.

What You’ll Do

Accurately administer medications to residents following care plans and medical orders. Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with nursing staff. Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, fostering trust and comfort. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care and enhance the resident experience.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Full-Time: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Requirements

Qualifications You Bring: Completion of an approved Medication Aide training program and certification. Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus. A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
