What You’ll Do: Administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physician, and in accordance with current practice standards.

Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal services, and other care needs as required.

Ensures restorative and rehabilitative care plans are performed and documented accurately.

Performs IV therapy and assists with admissions and discharges.

Assigns and directs nurse aides in providing resident care, maintaining a team-oriented approach.

Documents information in nurses’ records, care plans, and flow sheets as per regulation.

Ensures infection control practices and safety protocols are consistently followed.

Demonstrates clinical competence in nursing procedures, including interpreting vital signs and administering medications.

Communicates effectively with residents, families, and visitors, maintaining positive interpersonal relationships.

Participates in quality improvement activities and maintains current knowledge of regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications You Bring: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program; current LPN license required. Knowledge of long-term care regulations and geriatric resident needs preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff. Ability to read, write, and document reports and procedures accurately. Team-oriented with flexibility and problem-solving skills. Must hold a current Class C Pennsylvania Driver’s License. Work Schedule: Full-Time 6:30am - 3:00pm Part-Time 11:00pm-7:00am Thursdays and Fridays, every other weekend PRN: any shift Perks & Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 403(b) matching, paid time off, and more—starting on day one!
