The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting, focusing on preventive care and chronic disease management. Responsibilities include administering treatments, educating patients, and collaborating with the care team.
Candidates must have a current RN license in South Dakota and an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Prior experience in clinic, primary care, or community health is preferred, along with CPR/BLS certification.

The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in our outpatient clinical setting. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, and continuity of care in partnership with providers and care team members.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in support of primary care services Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments per protocol Perform triage, patient assessments, and follow-up care Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness Collaborate with providers, care coordinators, and support staff Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Support quality improvement and population health initiatives
