The Medical Laboratory Scientist independently performs moderate and high complexity testing and is responsible for routine and specialized technical analyses. They operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and solve test-related problems.
Candidates must be currently licensed as a Medical Technologist in Florida and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related area. They should also adhere to established laboratory procedures and CAP regulations.
Must be currently licensed as a Medical Technologist by the State of Florida Department of Health. Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related area.
