Provide hands-on daily living support and medication administration for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Assist clients in achieving independence and safety while documenting progress and collaborating with the care team.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED. Prior caregiving experience or a CNA certification is preferred.
Make a direct impact by supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives and helping them build independence in their home and community.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support with daily living activities, medication administration, and community engagement. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals build independence, stay safe, and achieve personal goals.
