The Graduate Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of an RN. They adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Candidates must have an Associate’s degree or Diploma of Nursing and be eligible for licensure by examination. BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire, and a Graduate Nurse Permit or RN license must be obtained by the start date.
