How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of high-quality bedside care by implementing and adapting personalized care plans that prioritize patient safety and recovery. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless, holistic care experience where every specialist is aligned with the patient’s goals. Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the critical link between the patient and the medical team to ensure timely interventions. Advocate for patients and their families by managing the discharge planning process, ensuring a safe and confident transition from hospital to home.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
