The Home Health Aide maintains patient health and safety by providing personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities in the home. They are responsible for documenting patient status, communicating changes to the care team, and adhering to the established plan of care.
Candidates must possess and maintain a valid Home Health Aide certification or equivalent. One year of employment history and experience in elderly care are preferred, along with the successful completion of a skill assessment test.
Possess and maintain certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent as approved by the Agency. One year satisfactory employment history preferred. Experience in care of the elderly preferred. Satisfactory completion of Skill Assessment Test. Able to record messages and keep records.
