How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver specialized, high-quality direct patient care across diverse specialty units, strictly adhering to established policies and protocols. Implement and continuously evaluate customized patient care plans, accurately monitoring and documenting patient response to ensure optimal outcomes. Coordinate all patient care activities, effectively collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless and holistic patient journey. Assess patient needs comprehensively and execute physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately to maintain safety and efficiency.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional preferences we're seeking 2 years of recent bedside experience in Critical Care. Must be able to work all aspects of Critical Care (Neuro, Cardiac, Medical, Surgical). Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment.
