$55 - $80 / HOUR
Provide in-home physical therapy visits, including evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments. Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.
Candidates must hold a current Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. At least one year of clinical experience and reliable transportation are required.
