The WIC Nutritionist is responsible for providing direct nutrition services, including assessments, education, and breastfeeding support to WIC participants. They also manage individualized care plans, perform certifications, and coordinate referrals with healthcare providers.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field and possess at least one year of nutrition experience. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.

Job purpose
Responsible for providing direct nutrition services, including nutrition assessment, education, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals to WIC participants.
