The Registered Nurse provides direct, compassionate patient care and performs skilled procedures within an emergency department setting. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and monitor medical conditions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current California RN license and possess at least one year of recent critical care or emergency department experience. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
Current CA RN licensure One year recent critical care or emergency department experience required (may consider training if current staff skillset and experience allows) Working knowledge of basic dysrhythmia Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing Advanced dysrhythmia interpretation
