The RN provides direct, high-quality care to emergency patients, including performing critical assessments and implementing individualized care plans. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient conditions and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current CA RN license and have at least one year of recent emergency or critical care experience. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association.
Current CA RN licensure One year recent critical care or emergency department experience required (may consider training if current staff skillset and experience allows) Working knowledge of basic dysrhythmia Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing Advanced dysrhythmia interpretation
