The LPN provides patient care, health teaching, and counseling in an oncology environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed independent provider. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience
License Requirement License or permit to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York. Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited practical nursing school’s LPN program.
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
The ideal candidates will hold a current NYS LPN license and demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. They will be compassionate, dedicated to patient‑centered oncology care, and committed to supporting patients through challenging moments. Additionally, successful candidates will be eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a highly collaborative care environment.
