Delivers patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including medication information, education, and distribution to ensure safe and effective therapy. Collaborates with healthcare providers and patients to implement and monitor individualized care plans.
Requires a PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school and current pharmacist registration. Candidates must have at least one year of recent relevant experience and knowledge of pharmacy laws and clinical practices.

EDUCATION PHARMD-Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE PHARMR-Current registration or Registered Pharmacist within 120 days ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support if required by the entity/department PALS-Pediatric Life Support if required by the entity/department TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 1 year of recent relevant experience.

Pay Range is $93.66 to $107.70 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
