The physical therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and oncological conditions while maintaining compliance with state laws and regulations. They will also contribute to program development and maintain respectful communication with all stakeholders.
Candidates must have completed the educational requirements for state licensure in Physical Therapy and hold a current license or be eligible for one. A CPR certification is required, and experience in oncology or outpatient orthopedics is preferred.

Outpatient at Home is seeking a skilled outpatient physical therapists in the Fort Worth area. The clinician selected for this position would be performing OUTPATIENT physical therapy in the home setting. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment, case management, and patient assessment of patients with orthopedic injuries or higher level neurological conditions. This individual would require high level autonomy, time management, and communication skills. Prior outpatient and/or home health experience is preferred. Coverage territory: Fort Worth/Tarrant County. Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
