Description Prime Home Health and Companion Care is seeking compassionate Certified Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support elderly, disabled, and chronically ill clients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you’ll provide essential care that includes personal care assistance, emotional support, and helping to create a safe, clean environment for each client.
Client Location: Longmeadow, MA (potential for additional shifts with clients in nearby areas)
Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.
Certification: Current HHA certification.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.
