The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services within their scope of practice to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of patients. They perform these duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Candidates must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse and possess a current BLS (AHA) certificate. A minimum of one year of experience in an applicable setting is preferred.
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical l Nurse.2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
