The physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered ambulatory medical care to individuals and families across all ages. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with clinical staff to deliver high-quality health services.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and have completed an accredited Family Medicine residency. An unrestricted professional license in the State of Oklahoma and Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Family Medicine are required.
