The Registered Nurse will provide community-based mental health care as part of an Assertive Community Treatment Team, including medication management and patient education. They will also coordinate care with psychiatric providers and conduct home visits to support individuals with severe mental illness.
Candidates must hold an active North Carolina RN license and possess a valid driver's license. Experience in behavioral health, community health, or substance use treatment is preferred.
