The clinician works with interdisciplinary teams to conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients. They provide direct clinical services, including counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination, while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, along with a valid LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or CADC license. Previous experience in a healthcare setting and a valid driver's license are required.
