The Clinical Therapist will provide a range of moderately complex clinical services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy, primarily in the community setting for the Intensive Home-Based Therapy Program. Responsibilities also include maintaining required clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing consultation relationships with external caregivers.
A Bachelor's degree in a related human services field is required, though a Master's degree is preferred, along with an LSW or LPC license. Candidates must possess two years of experience in mental health intervention with children, adolescents, and families, and must have a valid driver's license for required travel.

As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services. Services provided will be 100% community based which includes meeting with clients in their homes, at school or in the community. While carrying a caseload of 6 families, you will be required to provide exceptional services for a total of 2 visits per week with an average visit time of 3 hours per week.
