  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge recommendations in accordance with organizational standards
