Provide essential personal care, emotional support, and mobility assistance to elderly and disabled clients in their homes. Maintain a safe and clean environment while accurately documenting patient care and reporting changes to the care team.
Candidates must hold a current HHA certification and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience with mobility equipment like Hoyer lifts is preferred but not required.
Description Prime Home Health and Companion Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support elderly, disabled, and chronically ill clients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you’ll provide essential care that includes personal care assistance, emotional support, and helping to create a safe, clean environment for each client.
Client Location: Florence, MA
Looking for multiple candidates to provide care seven days per week from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. This position pays $21 - $22 per hour. We will work with you to get a schedule that works with your schedule.
Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.
Certification: Current HHA certification.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.
