The Case Manager and Substance Use Counselor will provide primary advocacy and behavioral health support to residents in permanent supportive housing. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, coordinating care, and facilitating community-building activities to promote housing stability.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D. along with a relevant professional certification such as CADC, CATC, or LISAC. Additionally, applicants need at least six months of experience in an addictions setting and must maintain valid CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
