The Physical Therapy Assistant will work directly with patients in their homes to implement rehabilitation programs, perform therapeutic exercises, and administer physical modalities. They are responsible for documenting patient progress and collaborating with the Physical Therapist to adjust care plans as needed.
Must be willing to travel to patients’ homes to provide care. Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other areas preferred. Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Science or Applied Science and possess an active PTA license in the state of Ohio. Additionally, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current CPR certification, and a recent TB test are required.
