Augusta Family Medicine, part of the primary care team at MaineGeneral Medical Center, is seeking a family medicine physician to join our busy practice located in Augusta, Maine.
This is a traditional outpatient practice, providing a wide range of care including pediatrics, adult medicine, gynecology, and geriatric medicine. Procedural care, such as osteopathic manipulation, sports medicine, minor surgery, and acupuncture, is encouraged, though not required; the ability to perform medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder is also available.
The practice currently is staffed with an incredible team of physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners, along with an on-site PMHNP, care management and counseling services. The practice is co-located with an Express Care practice, with imaging services conveniently located within the building.
