Provide comprehensive and individualized occupational therapy treatment, including evaluation and creation of care plans. Supervise assistants and aides while maintaining high standards of care through evidence-based practice.
Must be a graduate of an AOTA-accredited occupational therapy school and hold a valid driver's license and CPR certification. At least two years of experience in adult rehabilitation and custom splinting is preferred.
Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
