We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to provide treatment and service coordination for clients in our Adult and Children's Inpatient Units. As a Master's Level, Mental Health Practitioner, you will provide individual, family and group therapy and assessments, as well as coordinate effective discharge and follow-up care.

As a Master's Level Mental Health Practitioner, your responsibilities will include: Conducts psychosocial evaluations for new and existing clients Develops and maintains a written treatment plan for each client Conducts individual and multi-client therapy activities Leads and participates with team members in appropriate treatment interventions Conducts education, lecture and group discussions with clients and family members Coordinates written assignments and individual gal setting activities with clients Coordinates and participates in weekly treatment team meetings Ensures that appropriate discharge planning and aftercare services are provided for assigned clients Prepares written documentation for each service conducted Performs other duties as assigned
Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counselor, or related field Two (2) years’ experience working with Adults/ children/adolescents Must be able to apply therapeutic effective aggression management techniques without limitations Must pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse.
