Pay and Benefits • Salary range

• $425,000 - $610,000 per year
• Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
• May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

• BE/BC in Ophthalmology
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

• Cloud Eye Clinic is a comprehensive eye care center serving patients across Central Minnesota.
• Located in the modern Sauk Crossing facility near Highway 15 and adjacent to CentraCare’s expanded surgery center, the clinic offers convenient access and seamless coordination of care.
• Providers practice in a state-of-the-art setting equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, supported by experienced ophthalmic technicians and a collaborative team of ophthalmologists and optometrists.
• This integrated environment allows for efficient referrals, surgical collaboration, and high-quality outcomes for a wide range of medical and surgical eye conditions.
