As a Home Health Team Registered Nurse, you will work independently providing skilled care for 5 to 6 patients per day. Common duties include wound management, infusion therapy, assessments, education and training for patients on their new diagnosis, and more. We provide extensive training and ongoing RN office support while you’re making home visits to patients.
This position will primarily work in Buffalo, Monticello, Annandale, Maple Lake, Clearwater and surrounding areas.
Based out of our office in Marketplace Mall, the Home Health department primarily takes place in the communities we serve, in the homes of our patients. Our staff provides services not just for St. Cloud but our surrounding areas as well including Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls and more!
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Minnesota RN license and AHA BLS certification. Requires at least one year of RN experience or two years in home health, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
