The Surgical Technologist will maintain sterile environments and assist surgeons by preparing instruments and supplies during outpatient procedures. They are also responsible for visually assessing patient conditions and ensuring accurate counts of surgical materials throughout the surgery.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment and relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements.

Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited Surgical Technologist program and hold a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card. Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred, along with basic knowledge of surgical duties.
