Urology Physician – St. Cloud or Willmar, Minnesota

Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers, supporting the largest urology practice in Greater Minnesota.

• Physicians will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general urology care, with the option to sub-specialize, supported by advanced OR suites with dedicated urology block time, on-site lab and imaging services, and access to da Vinci robotic surgery at multiple locations.
• The practice is supported by hospital-based APPs and urology technicians, with robust referrals from more than 30 CentraCare primary care and specialty clinics, as well as external partners, and strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

• The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year, with the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two, based on productivity and performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits • Salary range

• $525,000 - $710,000 per year
• Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
• May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

• BE/BC in Urology
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
