Physicians will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general urology care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes performing surgical procedures, utilizing robotic surgery technology, and participating in a call rotation.

Choose between a traditional urology practice model or a newly developed Uro-Hospitalist program while joining one of the largest and most established urology teams in Greater Minnesota.
Physicians will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general urology care, with the option to sub-specialize.
The practice is supported by advanced surgical facilities with dedicated urology block time, on-site laboratory and imaging services, and access to da Vinci robotic surgery at multiple locations.
Providers benefit from strong clinical support through experienced APPS and urology technicians, as well as a robust referral network from more than 30 CentraCare primary care and specialty clinics and numerous external partners.
Collaboration is a cornerstone of the practice, with close working relationships across multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary in the first year, followed by a base-plus-productivity model in year two that offers significant earning potential.
Schedule This is a full-time, onsite position with a primarily daytime schedule.
Traditional practice physicians participate in a 1:7 call rotation, including holiday coverage.
Physicians interested in the Uro-Hospitalist model will benefit from scheduling flexibility (7 on 7 off) designed to support work-life balance while providing comprehensive inpatient urologic care.
Pay and Benefits
$525,000 - $710,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
