The LPN will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in an inpatient psychiatric setting. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and ensure patient safety through crisis intervention.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kansas. A minimum of 3–6 months of related experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

As an LPN in our inpatient psychiatric facility, you will deliver hands-on, compassionate nursing care to individuals navigating acute mental health challenges. You will play a vital role in maintaining patient safety, administering medications, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
This role requires clinical precision, emotional intelligence, and the ability to respond effectively in both routine and urgent situations. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans and create a structured, therapeutic environment where patients can stabilize and begin recovery.

This role requires active, hands-on work. You will regularly stand, walk, and engage with patients throughout your shift. Responsibilities include lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally, as well as bending, reaching, and assisting with patient mobility. Strong situational awareness and physical readiness are essential in a psychiatric care setting.
