The Direct Support Associate will assist individuals with diverse abilities in participating in community-based activities and vocational tasks. This role involves providing varying levels of support, from supervision to hands-on assistance, to help individuals achieve greater independence.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance. The position requires the ability to provide direct, hands-on support in various community settings.
We are looking for a Direct Support Associate to join our team! As a direct support associate in our program, you will participate alongside individuals as they partake in enriching, integrative activities throughout their communities. Gain hands-on experience working with adults who represent a diverse range of abilities and needs, supporting them as they achieve greater independence. Your flexible role will adjust from supervision to hand-over-hand assistance as you support each individual during work, cooking classes, yoga, or other vocational activities in their communities.
You must be 18 years of age or older to fill this position. You must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements.
