  • This job functions autonomously to deliver physical therapy treatment, either through referral or direct to consumer.
  • Evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, assesses patients, and monitors progress toward treatment goals.
  • Ensures patient needs are met through access to care, patient experience and quality of care metrics.
  • Assists in program development and enhancement to meet patient and community needs.

  • Education Required - Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
